The Manor at Sway
The Manor at Sway - at the heart of Sway village - must be one of the most attractive settings in the Forest with its five acres of sweeping lawns and woodland. Formerly a New Forest Edwardian family home, Sway Manor has retained most of its homely charm and its gardens are a delightful picture - the flower and herb gardens providing fresh table dressings daily.

Little Hollies
Little Hollies is a spacious bungalow, with a pretty garden, which is laid out to grass with well-stocked flowerbeds. Little Hollies is in the centre of Sway village in The New Forest National Park, and sleeps 8 people. There is parking in the drive-way for 3 cars. No pets and no smoking. Children welcome.

Rushcroft Farm
Rushcroft Farm is a beautiful one acre campsite just outside the village centre and is a Certificated Camping and Caravanning Club site. The site has five electric hook up pitches for caravans and motorhomes and fifteen grass pitches for tents and is open 23/05/19 to 03/09/19.

Setthornes Campsite
Setthornes is a fantastic campsite set right amongst the tall pine tress and oaks of the New Forest yet only a short walk from the village centre. Setthornes is perfect for anyone who really wants to experience the New Forest and enjoys welking, cycling, dog walking or horse riding. It is important to note that the campsite doesn't have any shower or toilet facilities so a chemical toilet is a requirement.

Stud Farm Livery
Both you and your horse can enjoy a holiday at Stud Farm, which includes Bed and Breakfast in the listed farmhouse, use of private modern bathroom, TV, tea and coffee facilities, plus a choice of full English or Continental breakfast.
We are also a Caravan Club certified location; situated on the Avon Water Valley. From the site you can enjoy the New Forest, local pubs, Lymington with its marinas and Saturday market and the coastline, full of award winning beaches.
